Greetings loyal readers
I’ve been dying to write histories on the site for months, but I’ve never been sure how to go about this or what I should right about. Then, it hit me. Why not right about a subject that I’ve always been interested in?
The D(U.S.)tbin of History will be a subsection of The Elephant’s Conscience that is dedicated to obscure stories and events from U.S. hisory. Want to read about how Jim Thorpe became the first president of the APFA (the fore-runner to the NFL)? Curious about why the North decided to wear blue and the South decided to wear gray during the American Civil War? How about learning that Benjamin Franklin invented the stove? All of this and more will be revealed in the D(U.S.)tbin of history!
So come and learn some interesting facts that will probably never come up in your daily life. It’ll be just like high school geometry, only more fun! Be sure tocomment, because I will be taking requests for what I right in the D(U.S.)tbin.
Enjoy and thanks for all of the support so far,
